Heart of the Valley, SERVICES FOR SENIORS, Inc., is a non-profit publicly supported corporation, 501(c) (3). Due to the shortage of secure, lower maintenance and/or lower cost housing for our growing and aging population, HOV was formed to aid in countering the problem.
