Fees

Heart of the Valley serves adults 59 years of age and older who reside in the West Santa Clara Valley. Services are provided on a single or short term basis. All fees are based on the client's ability to pay.

1. In-Home services :Donation Requested
2. Escorted Transportation : Suggested Donation:$2.50 plus mileage at $0.25 a mile.
