WAYS TO GIVE

1. Volunteer – give of your time, talents and resources – you can volunteer with the clients, on the Board of Directors, or in our office.
2. Make a contribution – Write a check or donate something that can be used by our program to benefit our services to seniors.
   • $50 buys stamps for a month
   • $100 pays the rent for a month
   • $300 pays for office equipment repair & maintenance for 1 year
   • $500 pays for brochures for 1 year
   • $1200 pays our rent for 1 year
3. Make a Pledge – Set up a gift in monthly or quarterly installments.
4. Memorial or Tribute Gifts – Make a gift in honor or memory of a good friend or loved one.
5. Give appreciated stocks – Avoid capital gains tax while receiving a charitable tax deduction.
6. Donate a vehicle or real estate.
7. Planned Giving – Leave a legacy as part of your estate planning.  In this way, you position Heart of the Valley, SERVICES FOR SENIORS, Inc. to meet the challenges and changing needs of seniors in the future.
