Responsibilities:
* To attend meetings on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:30pm.
* To provide planning and vision for agency.
* To work well as a team member.
* To provide direction, guidance and set agency policies.
* To help with fundraising and public relations.

Qualifications:
* Reliable and dependable
* Have an interest and concern for elderly
* Be familiar with agencies' services
* Enjoy the business end of a nonprofit agency
* Willingness to represent HOV in the community

Supervisor: HOV Director

Time: Flexible, but a minimum of 5 hrs. per month

A good placement for those who enjoy management, problem solving, fundraising and making a significant contribution to the community in which they live.

All volunteers who drive on agency business, i.e., to and from agency office or client's homes, or who take clients in their automobiles must maintain a good driving record and must maintain a current California Drivers License and a minimum of $25,000/50,000 public liability in car insurance (current state minimum) at all times while working as a volunteer for the agency.
