Responsibilities:
* Assist an elderly client with light housekeeping projects (vacuuming, dusting, mopping), organizing closets, cleaning refrigerators, sortingpapers, putting photos in albums, etc. No heavy housework or lifting will be requested.

Qualifications:
* Adequate housekeeping and organization skills.
* Friendly and caring concern for elderly.
* Patience in problem solving.
* Willing to complete reports on volunteer work.
* Supportive of agency goals and services.

Supervisor: HOV, Director

Time: Flexible, as determined by the volunteer. 

A good placement for those who enjoy making an elderly person's living environment better.

All volunteers who drive on agency business, i.e., to and from agency office or client's homes, or who take clients in their automobiles must maintain a good driving record and must maintain a current California Drivers License and a minimum of $25,000/50,000 public liability in car insurance (current state minimum) at all times while working as a volunteer for the agency.
