JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Support
Responsibilities:
* To assist with mailing, phone calls, filing, computer, reports and copying
as needed according to volunteers abilities and interests.
Qualifications:
* Must have good sense of humor
* Friendly and caring concern for elderly
* Ability to work well with staff
* Desire to use office skills or to improve office skills to gain work
experience.
Supervisor: HOV Director and Office Manager
Time: Volunteer can select time and day they choose to
work
A good placement for those who enjoy an office atmosphere.
All volunteers who drive on agency business, i.e., to and
from agency office or client's homes, or who take clients in
their automobiles must maintain a good driving record and must
maintain a current California Drivers License and a minimum
of $25,000/50,000 public liability in car insurance (current
state minimum) at all times while working as a volunteer for
the agency.
