Responsibilities:
* Help with pets (walking them or bathing them), possibly taking the pet to the vet or to the groomers. 

Qualifications:
* Enjoy working with animals.
* Interest and some knowledge pet care.
* Willing to complete reports on volunteer work.
* Supportive of agency goals and services.
* Dependable 

Supervisor: HOV Director

Time: Flexible, on-call basis determined by volunteer

A good placement for those who understand how important a pet can be in the life of a senior.

All volunteers who drive on agency business, i.e., to and from agency office or client's homes, or who take clients in their automobiles must maintain a good driving record and must maintain a current California Drivers License and a minimum of $25,000/50,000 public liability in car insurance (current state minimum) at all times while working as a volunteer for the agency.
